9.288 Hiltron-HCS-PS

This page describes the device driver and the device window for the Hiltron-HCS-PS device. This device monitors the state of a power supply module within a HCS3 frame. To manage multiple modules of this kind in one HCS3 controller you have to configure multiple instances of the driver, all using the same IP address.

Configuration parameters

At the maintenance page of the device window there are a couple of configuration parameters which must be set to integrate the device into the VLC/M&C.

Remarks

If you change the 'module' configuration parameter, the module identification at the info page is not updated automatically. This happens with the next restart of the software. To force an update of these readings, set the device OUT-OF-SERVICE and then OPERATIONAL again.
