This page describes the device driver and the device window for the TimeLink Microsystems distributor TMD series 10MHz/TimeCode distributor devices with redundant input. The driver covers the following devices:

Configuration parameters

The TimeLink devices use a text based protocol over UDP, the 'address' configuration parameter must be set as shown below.

parameter description
address The driver expects the 'address' parameter to be set to the device's IP address, followed by a colon and the port used by the device. Factory default for the port number is 9500, but this may be changed through the Web-GUI of these devices. Example: 192.168.1.245:9500
deviceComment An optional text entered here appears as an addition to the tooltip which is shown while the mouse is placed over a device icon in the GUI. The "\n" character sequence is translated into a newline character, splitting the text into multiple lines.
